My fee for serving as a Mediator or Arbitrator is $5,000 a day for hearing days, plus $600 an hour for study, party conferences, and other non-hearing time.
I do not charge for routine disbursements, such as copying, telephone, postage, and facsimiles. Nor do I charge for travel within the metropolitan New York City area. For travel and lodging outside the metropolitan area, I charge at my cost.
