My experience in the field of engineering and construction law spans four decades, representing all the major participants: owners, CMs, GCs, subcontractors, suppliers, A/E firms, and sureties. I have handled scores of trials and arbitrations involving multi-million dollar construction disputes, including four jury trials lasting more than two months, one of which resulted in the tenth largest jury verdict in the country in 1997.
I have also served as a mediator and arbitrator in complex engineering and construction disputes, often involving multiple parties. I have been successful in helping parties reach common ground in disputes that appeared to be intractable.
My current practice is dedicated exclusively to serving as a mediator and arbitrator. Broad experience in all aspects of the engineering and construction field enables me to promote quick, inexpensive, and fair resolutions to the difficult disputes that frequently arise.
